Returns and Refunds

We do not have a refund, exchange or transfer policy.

However we can offer you extension policy for the same member name.

To complete your extension for time period, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where extension would not be applicable:

  1. Asking for extension after period is over.
  2. Asking for extension after using the services for partial time period.

Decision of management would be final.
