01 What amenities are included with a Karma Workspaces membership?
High-speed secured internet, 24x7 electricity with backup, 24x7 security and CCTV, housekeeping, ergonomic seating, a pantry and cafeteria, beverages, storage, spacious parking, a print facility, mail and courier handling, a client lounge and round-the-clock access. Meeting and conference rooms are available and booked separately.
02 Are utilities and housekeeping charged on top of the monthly fee?
No. For members, WiFi, electricity, housekeeping and security are included rather than billed separately, so the monthly figure you agree is what you pay.
03 Is parking available at Karma Workspaces in Ahmedabad?
Yes. Spacious parking is available at the Shivarth THE ACE building complex on Sindhu Bhavan Road, Bodakdev.
04 Can I access the workspace outside normal office hours?
Yes. Members have round-the-clock access to the workspace, with 24x7 security, electricity and secured network connectivity in place.
05 Are meeting and conference rooms part of the amenities?
Conference and meeting rooms are available on site with an AV display screen, high-speed WiFi, a whiteboard and air conditioning, plus catering on request. Members book them through the Karma app using membership credit points; non-members can request availability on +91 99251 37495.
06 Do I get these amenities on a day pass?
A day pass from Rs.400 per seat per day includes a hot desk in the open workspace with high-speed WiFi, electricity, housekeeping and access to the common areas and lounge. Conference room usage is arranged separately.
